In 2015, she founded Forte Commercial Property Services, Inc., and this year marks her 10th year of dedicated service. As the founder of Forte Commercial Consulting, Inc., Melanie combines her deep expertise in property management, brokerage, and design to help real estate professionals carve out lasting, income-generating careers in the property management industry. She is also a graduate of BOMI’s Real Property Administrator program and a contributing author to BOMI’s textbook on plumbing and water utilities.
