Return & Refund Policy

All products sold through Real Estate Pro Desk are digital downloads or online access products. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

• You did not receive access to the digital product due to a verified technical issue.

• Your payment was processed in error or duplicated by the payment processor (Authorize.Net).

To request a review, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

Unauthorized Use

If we suspect that digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or copied, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Authorization

All payments are securely processed via Authorize.Net, which uses advanced encryption and fraud protection tools to ensure your information remains safe. Real Estate Pro Desk does not store your full credit card details.
